Delivery Information

At NPW we’re committed to getting your gifts to you as quickly as possible. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders placed before 2pm are despatched on the same day.

UK Orders

All standard orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days). All standard orders over 2kg are sent via Business Post next day delivery. Special guaranteed next day delivery is available for UK orders Monday – Friday on orders placed before 3pm. Special delivery is not available on British bank holidays or weekends.

Please be aware that at busy times or when faced with bad weather conditions Royal Mail can sometimes experience delays.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders are sent via Airmail which should be delivered to those within Europe in 3 to 10 working days, and those in the rest of the World in 5 to 14 working days. If you choose to use the UPS option at the checkout then your order will be sent via UPS express and you can expect a substantially quicker delivery.

Please note these are just guidelines and some deliveries may arrive more quickly, whilst others may take slightly longer if they are held in customs or delayed by a slow national carrier. etc.
