Postal and shipping charges
You buy it. We ship it. You'll love it!
Our minimum order processing, packing and shipping charge is £2.95 for an order of any size delivered to a UK mainland address.
We will use Royal Mail first class post for the UK (International Small Package for overseas) and Parcelforce parcel service to ship your order depending on the weight of the order and the destination.
Each product on our website has an individual recorded weight and we use this to calculate the total weight of your order. Then we decide whether to send by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, with heavier and more bulky orders going by Parcelforce.
Most orders for a UK mainland address will arrive the day after we ship them. The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland will take a little longer.
Shipments to other countries within Europe served by Parcelforce and its partners within the GLS Network will take several days depending on the final destination. Please contact us if you would like an estimate.
During the shopping process on our site, an estimate will be given of the shipping and processing charge based on mainland UK.
During the checkout process you will be given an exact amount for shipping based on the final order weight and delivery address and this is what will be included in the final order total.
For destinations outside our normal delivery areas you can send us your order without providing payment details and we will get back to you with a quote for shipping.
We try to be as accurate as possible when working out the shipping charge on our website. However, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss shipping charges should your order be very large or unusual.
