An ideal addition to any summer festival, or great fun for the garden.
Poi spinning originated in Maori culture on the islands of New Zealand. Poi is a ball on a cord, held with a finger strap. As the poi spin they create circular patterns, enhanced by the colourful trailing ribbons. They can be spinning on each side of you, in front of you, or over your head! The two poi can spin either together, or in alternating, 'weaving' patterns. There are lots of variations to try.
